  Everything was perfect for our very selective palates. My wife started with the Smokehouse Mussels, then the Beet salad before a main course of Crab-encrusted Grouper. Normally, she would never consider three courses because we save room for dessert but she was told that the Mussels and Beet salad were light and too good to pass up - she agreed.
  
  I started with the Jar of Palenta, then the Smoked Georgia Brook Trout before a main course of Grouper (catch of the day) on Lima Bean Succotash. It was lots of food but the southern influences were absolutely incredible. Each dish incited a different taste sensor.
  
  We saved a little room for dessert and shared some of each dessert as we were celebrating a big Anniversary. Each was special in its own way and we loved each dessert - when asked which one we liked best, the only appropriate response was, "the one thats in our mouth!"
  
  This is the first place we will return to when we return to Fernandina Beach.
